Return and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Unused and in the same condition you received it.

In original packaging.

With a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards
Clearance items or items marked "final sale"
Used or damaged items
Personalized or customized items
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If it's been more than 30 days, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Address
Please contact our customer service at service@wayfairii.com and we'll email you the return address.

Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return Process
1. If you need to return an item, you can contact us at service@wayfairii.com.

Please describe the item you want to return and attach a photo of the item that clearly shows all the information of the item (including the packaging). You can upload 2-3 photos. You will also need to provide the order number and the email address used when purchasing in the email.
2. Once we receive your reply email, we will immediately start the approval process. After approving your return request, we will send you an email with return instructions and the return address.
3. You need to return your package (the package must be returned in the original packaging with all parts, accessories and user manuals). Please send the package to our specified return address via trackable logistics and send us another email to let us know that you have sent the package and attach your return shipping number.
4. Once our warehouse receives your return, we will evaluate the contents of the package and decide whether to refund. After the evaluation is completed, we will refund you.

Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please place a new order for the desired item(s) following the return instructions above.

Out of stock items
If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items is out of stock: we will continue to ship the remaining items and refund the amount of the out of stock item(s) to your original payment method, or we will contact you to confirm whether there are other options.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order (before the order is shipped). Simply send an email to service@wayfairii.com within the above time period to cancel your order.

Damaged or defective items
1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
2. Please provide photos of the damage or defect and your order number.
3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost package
If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer has not received it, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the post office to locate the package.
If a package is lost, missing, or delivery cannot be confirmed via tracking, we will re-ship it. Packages that show delivery confirmation from the carrier will be investigated and no refund will be issued until the issue is resolved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
For items that meet our return policy, we will refund the full amount within 2 business days. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take some time for your payment institution to process and issue the refund.

How long does it take for a PayPal refund to be credited?
We will refund all refunds back to your original payment method. The time it takes to credit the money varies by payment method.

Credit Cards
When paying with a credit card, refunds can take 1 to 2 billing cycles to be processed, depending on the card issuer.

Debit Cards
When paying with a debit card, refunds can usually take up to 5 business days to be processed, but partial refunds can take up to 30 days depending on your card issuer. If we are unable to refund your debit card, we will add the refund to your PayPal balance.

Bank Account
When you pay with a bank account, we automatically transfer your refund to your bank account. Once a refund is issued, it usually takes up to 5 business days to complete.

Partial refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on the status of the payment when the refund is issued.

PayPal Balance
When you pay with a balance, the refund will be transferred to your PayPal balance on the same day.
